The given information only valid for the period specified in our formal quotation, and are subject to prior sale and inventory availability at the time of order confirmation.
3. Accuracy of Specifications
The User is responsible for providing accurate technical specifications, part numbers, and quantities. The Supplier is not liable for errors in fulfillment resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided through this form.
4. Confidentiality
Any proprietary designs, blueprints, or commercial requirements shared through this form will be treated with professional confidentiality. However, we recommend signing a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing highly sensitive intellectual property.
5. Data Usage
We collect your business contact details to process your quote or inquiry. We do not sell nor give your contact data to anyone without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Supplier shall not be liable for any delays in responding to inquiries or for any technical errors that prevent the delivery of your message to our sales team.
